Montego TD

Following the raw power of the Maestro Turbo the diesel powered Montego was quite a culture shock, however with a new job that meant a 50 mile commute and lots of visits to clients across the country economy was the order of that day. Used as a daily driver for just over a year I did 50,000 miles which is still the most I've ever done in a single year. In all that time the Montego was very reliable, however sadly despite being only 7 years old rust was already starting to hit hard. By the time we sold her the sills had been welded several times and the paintwork was rapidly turning from red to brown.
